KSHSAA Sets Partnership for Fall Broadcasts

TOPEKA, Kan. - The Kansas State High School Activities Association is excited to announce its fall broadcast schedule in partnership with 810 Varsity and Hendu Productions to produce 12 events of the upcoming championship season. All broadcasts can be viewed LIVE for FREE at www.810varsity.com.

The high school entity affiliated with Sports Radio 810 WHB, 810 Varsity combines its efforts with Hendu Productions to provide exclusive broadcasts this fall through an online viewing platform for all fans who are unable to travel and watch their team compete at the highest level of state competition.

“While there is nothing better than traveling to a state competition to support your local team, we realize that some are unable to for various reasons,” said KSHSAA Executive Director Gary Musselman. “For those reasons, we want to be able to provide an avenue in which a grandparent that lives out of the state or a military parent who is serving overseas can watch these teams create lasting memories.”

The action will get started this weekend, October 24th with the State Gymnastics Meet in Newton. Eleven other events will follow:

Volleyball, Oct. 31

                6A, 5A - semifinals & finals (Topeka)

                4A DI, 4ADII - semifinals & finals (Salina)

Soccer, Nov. 7th

                6A - Finals (Olathe)

                5A - Finals (Topeka)

Football, Nov. 28th

                5A - Finals (Pittsburg)

                4ADI - Finals (Topeka)
