The 810 Varsity Prediction Machine has simulated the matchups 1,000 times each, and below are the Missouri Class 4 and 5 KC-area district predictions.

Toughest district to pick:

Class 5, District 15: Liberty, North Kansas City or Chrisman all can advance a few rounds beyond districts. Liberty has the best chance due to an easier first game.

Best (likely) Class 4 district final:
Grandview vs Ruskin

Grab bag district:
Class 4, District 16. Top seed has a .500 record, soooo....

Class 5, District 13

Raymore-Peculiar vs Lee’s Summit North: Ray-Pec coasts

Lee’s Summit vs Lee’s Summit West: Titans lost to Tigers earlier, play to level of competition. Surely LSW rises to occasion here.

District Champion: Raymore-Peculiar over Lee’s Summit West

Class 5, District 14

Raytown vs Rockhurst/BSS winner: A tricky one here, depending on the winner. But will go Raytown regardless

Truman vs Blue Springs: Not much separating these two schools on paper. Will go Kaimen Lennon and Patriots

District Champion: Raytown over Truman

Class 5, District 15

Liberty vs Fort Osage: Jays move on with east

William Chrisman vs North Kansas City: Either team can win the district, or go another 2-3 rounds. What a game on paper!

Winner: Liberty over North Kansas City

Class 6, District 16

Park Hill South vs St. Joe Central: Indians are no slouch, but Panthers won’t take them lightly

Staley vs Park Hill: Read above, but Staley should advance

District Winner: Park Hill South over Staley

Class 4, District 13

Grandview vs Harrisonville: Wildcats have enjoyed a very nice season. But level of competition hasn’t been up to Grandview level.
Winner: Grandview

Ruskin vs Nevada: Read above, sub in “Ruskin” for “Grandview”
Winner: Ruskin

District winner: So hard to go against the two-time defending state champs… so won’t
Grandview

Class 4, District 14

Odessa vs Raytown South: Bulldogs have played better since the first of the year, but Raytown South can crank it up to another level
Winner: Raytown South

Center vs Grain Valley: Eagles have been up and down all year. Keyren Spiller will be hard to contain.
Winner: Grain Valley

District Winner: Gotta go with Ray South

Class 4, District 15

Lincoln Prep vs Winnetonka: LP has played solid since late December.
Winner: Lincoln Prep

Van Horn vs Northeast: Falcons should handle this one.
Winner: Van Horn

District Winner: Oh, if don’t pick Lincoln Prep, Coach Glasgow will blow up Twitter. Going LP for the win

Class 4, District 16

Kearney vs Platte County: Better as a district football game, but Brennan Watkins should help pull Bulldogs through

St. Joe Lafayette vs Savannah: Another battle of league rivals

District Winner: Luck o’ the Irish - Lafayette
