Grandview (21-6), down by 14 at half to Ruskin, rallied from a 31-17 halftime deficit and 18 points in the third quarter, to surge back for a 59-54 win and clinch the fourth district title in a row.
Reggie Morris Jr, who won a district title in all his years at GHS, led the Bulldogs with 19. Sophomore Taj Manning also paced the Bulldogs with 19 points.
Ruskin (22-5) was led by Tyron Moore's 15 and Tavion Banks with 11. The Eagles were 8-for-17, while Grandview was 21-for-29 from the stripe.
