For the first time in over 20 years, Raymore-Peculiar will have a new head football coach - but a familiar one.
The Panthers named defensive coordinator Sean Martin as the head football coach, after long-time head coach Tom Kruse retired after 20 years as the head man. Martin served as the DC during all of Kruse's tenure, including three straight Class 5 state titles (2004, 2005, 2006).
Martin was approved by the school board on Thursday night.
The Panthers finished 10-3 and won the Class 6, District 4 title in 2019.
