It’s been just five seasons for Ihm at Raytown South, but the Cardinals head coach has notched two Class 4 Final Fours, and two MOBCA Class 4 Coach of the Year awards, averaging 23 wins over the past three years.

In just six seasons as the G-Dogs head coach, Morris has done more than many in a career. After a 24-5 year and quarterfinal appearance in season three in 2016-17, GHS won back-to-back Missouri Class 4 state titles with a combined 57-5 record. Morris was the first coach in Paul Lambert Award for top Kansas City head coach in consecutive years, and finished #1 in the 810 Varsity Top 25 both years as well.

2015-19:
132-44 record; District title - 4; State titles – 2 (2018, 2019)

Chris Neff, Staley

Neff compiled a 193-65 record at Lafayette from 2008-2016, with two state title appearances and a Final Four trip as well. After 64 wins in four seasons at Staley, Neff has 291 career wins – including a 23-6 campaign and Final Four trip in 2020 with the Falcons before the season was cut short. To add a little more luster, Neff won the EYBL Peach Jam title on the Nike circuit in 2019.

2010-20:
20-win seasons – 8; State semifinals – 4; State title games - 2

Whether in Kansas or Missouri, Parra just wins. While at Sumner Academy, Parra posted a 110-38 record, including two state titles with the Sabres in 2010 and 2011. In his first season with Park Hill South, the Panthers stunned Chaminade to advance to the Missouri Class 5 state title game.

2010-20:
193-73 record; State tourneys – 5, State title games – 3, State titles – 2 (2010, 2011)

Ryan Phifer, Blue Valley North

Phifer can seemingly take five kids out of the student body and win. BV North enjoyed winning records through the entire decade, and only one year below a 14-8 mark. The Mustangs enjoyed a 20-3 season this past year, reaching the Class 6As semifinals before the season was halted.

2010-20:
